What is TourHero

TourHero is a social travel platform where anyone can find like-minded people through unforgettable journeys. We're building a platform to help plan unique epic adventures that enables travelers to meet new people during their trips.


What you'll do

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential operators as well as operate in a multi functional role that would involve operations and customer service.

  • Determine destinations, track progress, and drive successful completion
  • Develop and implement growth plans to help high potential local partners scale with us
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with additional tour operators to best serve our travelers’ needs
  • Negotiate various terms and commission with operators
  • Ability to negotiate special perks for TourHero customers
  • Talk to TourHero customers and address any concerns

What we're looking for

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to learn, experiment, and continuously strive to improve
  • Highly organized and is able to build and execute different processes
  • Are highly adaptable and able to operate effectively in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Strong communication skills: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Relationship building skills with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience within the Travel Industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Passion for travel is a must
